Working at RBTR Institute is not for everyone. RBTR Institute has a unique set of clients and a unique approach to care, so we carefully hand-pick all of our clinicians and staff to ensure we can be as effective as possible.

RBTR Institute careers are best suited to people who are passionate about helping teenagers and adults with complex ASD/IDD, and:

• Are physically fit and strong,
• Want to do challenging, physical work with teenagers and adults in real-life settings (instead of working with young children in the classroom or office-like setting of the typical ABA center)?
• Enjoy physical movement and outdoor recreation 
• Want to be trained by our highly experienced clinicians in their unique approach to behavioral challenges, so they can help clients learn skills to overcome their challenging behaviors
• Want to do more than just take data on challenging behaviors - instead, learn the skills to teach clients how to actually reduce those behaviors.
• Want to do more than rely solely on medication, isolation, or restraint for difficult-to-serve teenagers and adults?
• Want to become part of a close-knit, elite team of BCBAs and BTs who have the strength, confidence, training and [supervision/support] to help people who are underserved (or not served at all) by existing ABA agencies?
