RBTR Institute, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization devoted to helping teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and challenging behaviors. Founded in 2025 by professionals with extensive experience in the Human Services sector, RBTR Institute’s mission is to provide services and enhance placement options for individuals with limited or no alternatives. The program utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach rooted in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and positive behavior supports.

Our Partners
People with complex ASD and IDD usually require coordination between many people and service providers. RBTR Institute proudly partners with a diverse range of stakeholders, including families, clinicians, public and private schools, human services agencies, and both in-state and out-of-state agencies.
Funding for RBTR Institute services
RBTR Institute services can be funded in a variety of ways. We accept private payment as well as health insurance plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan, and MassHealth (pending). Families can also pay for services with funds they receive from Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Flexible Funding and Person Directed Programs (PDP). We will update this section regularly to reflect any new payment options.
