We support people at our unique home-like center, set on six acres of farmland in Northborough, Massachusetts. Conveniently located just minutes from Route 495, the center operates Monday through Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. It offers a peaceful setting where individuals can enjoy outdoor activities in nature, take a break, walk, or explore. Center services are designed to be both fun and therapeutic. Our high staffing ratios help individuals achieve notable growth in areas such as emotional and behavioral regulation, flexibility, weight loss, physical fitness, social skills, functional academics, executive functioning, and independent living.
We offer in-home ABA therapy, in which BCBAs/LABAs create a treatment plan and supervise the implementation of that plan by trained Behavior Technicians. This approach utilizes the home environment to promote natural learning and social interaction, thereby fostering increased family involvement, flexibility, and skill generalization. Therapy can focus on daily living skills, such as self-care, within the individual's routine, making the learning more relevant and effective. Service area includes Central Massachusetts, Greater Boston, MetroWest, and Bristol County.
Consultations with public and private schools, families, and human services agencies help improve services for individuals with learning, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. We assess and enhance educational programs for teens and adults with autism and challenging behaviors. Our consultations and Functional Behavioral Assessments help develop effective Behavior Support Plans in partnership with the Individualized Education Program team. We design and monitor educational and behavioral programs based on data-driven decisions. We offer psycho-educational, social skills, and developmental assessments, along with classroom consultations. Additionally, we provide staff training and professional development. Service area includes Central Massachusetts, Greater Boston, MetroWest, and Bristol County.
We focus on making activities inclusive and accessible. Our goal is to promote physical activity, social skills, and overall well-being through adaptive sports, such as soccer, skiing, hiking, canoeing, bowling, and more. We offer one-on-one and small-group support, helping individuals build confidence and develop the skills they need to participate meaningfully in activities they enjoy. Behavior technicians assist in this process, enabling people to face challenges and pursue important life goals. Service area includes Central Massachusetts, Greater Boston, MetroWest, and Bristol County.
RBTR Institute offers family coaching sessions because we recognize that family members play a crucial role in achieving success for their loved ones. Coaching sessions are one-on-one meetings that provide problem-solving and skills-building support to help families develop practical strategies. We schedule regular sessions to review progress, share strategies, and provide ongoing support. Family coaching sessions are offered virtually (via telehealth) to ensure that all families can access this important resource.
